Refund Policy — GrowthNest Mel Strategies LLC
Digital Products — All Sales Final Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or access has been granted. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital PDFs after delivery.
Exceptions We will resend or resolve the issue if:
- The file is corrupted or incomplete upon delivery
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase
- You accidentally purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded it — contact us within 24 hours for a refund

- Cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled session: full refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% refund
- No-shows (missed session without notice): non-refundable
- Sessions already delivered: non-refundable
