Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital PDFs after delivery.

**Exceptions:**

- If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or you did not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at [support email] and we’ll resend or resolve the issue.

- If you accidentally purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded it, contact us within 24 hours for a refund.
