Melvin Michael, MHA — Founder & CEO of GrowthNest MEL Strategies LLC and Principal Investigator for AfyaHub EMR. She brings a background in healthcare administration, compliance, and operations across U.S. home health and post-acute care settings, alongside direct oversight of Mel General Limited in Kenya. Melvin leads AfyaHub's vision of building interoperable, regionally-grounded digital health infrastructure for East and Central Africa.

She is supported by a dedicated technical lead, two developers, and a clinical advisor — ensuring AfyaHub EMR remains clinically grounded, technically robust, and aligned with national digital health priorities across the region.
